They’ve actually been really nice to me so far I believe got me setup with medi cal I need to go in again but I haven’t felt well i only used the medi cal once at the er but it seemed to work pretty good? I tried to go to urgent care n then the er in the eureka n both places were super weird n turned me away urgent care said it was cuz I didn’t have a charged phone (im homeless) n cuz I was actively pukin that i could have covid (I didn’t) but refused to test me for covid n didn’t offer to charge my phone so I could do a phone visit since that was their “excuse” so just very weird the er in eureka at joes providence was much worse said they’d sue or fine me or whatever cuz I had my service dog?? Like as I was losin consciousness screamin at me for a dog I had papers for.. Just Insane southern humboldt clinic was the only humane place I’ve been to so far with the medi cal was rejected from other places once they realized I have medi cal for those irrelevant reasons but it’s very possible that southern humboldt clinic saved me from havin a heart attack since I hadn’t been able to eat or drink in like 3-5 days I can’t remember it was horrible anyways just wanted to add that for anyone curious where to go so I’m not sure what that’s about with finicky providers… but sohum was cool.. we need better public transport tho cuz that just added to the nightmare but still now I’m hopeful I can maybe get acupuncture with it.. so thank u to krista n everyone who runs this place thank u 🙏

You need to go get another one. These phones, because they are free have been refurbished, generally not new. It's a great help though when they work, essential these days that everyone needs a phone

You would have to call and ask or find a recent piece of mail from them. Your case workers name and number are usually on all mail they send to you
GR takes lunch from 11 to 1. The main office doesnt close for lunch.
