They were rude when we tried to rent the car because we didn't have a major credit card & did not tell us everything we needed to bring in over the phone ! So we had to Make 2 trips 😡

Despite Eureka phone number the agent was in the Bay Area..no idea where Eureka was located, unable to answer questions regarding homeowners policy more then doubling in 12 months..referred me to CA Insurance Commission to file a complaint..bad customer service all the way around at AAA
