Was a pretty good experience. Would have liked the lobster to be better seasoned. For me it lacked flavor but was cooked right. Not outstanding, just average. Drinks were ok. Service was good. Loved the bacon Mac n cheese

I and my family have been going to Red Lobster for years but this was the first time we visited this particular location. There were a few hiccups in the beginning, our rolls were cold but the server politely offered a fresh batch. There was a broom near our table which I thought was an eyesore but I decided to ignore it. Overall the food was good, kudos to the cooking staff and the server was very attentive to our needs. It wasn’t until 20 minutes after we left that the horror show began. My mother who had ordered the virgin sunset passion drink fell very ill in the car and we had to hastily get off the highway because she could not make it home as we were an hour and 15 minutes away. My mother continued to feel sick when she returned home. In lieu of writing a complaint, I decided to call the restaurant the next day day and speak to the manager. This was a poor choice on my part as the manager didn’t even apologize and only stated that she had not had any complaints. I was extremely shocked by the nonchalant manner of how she handled the situation. She even thanked me for letting her know like the whole point of my call was to do her a favor. I’ve received much better treatment at other locations for lesser situations. This location needs better management and I and my family won’t be returning.

Food was good, Service not so good when we wanted a straw for our drinks nowhere to be found another worker got them for us .apptizers my friend got his so I got to watch him eat his while mine came with my meal.Order dessert to go then I had to get her attention for the check .Thought my icecream for my cake would melt before I left .thank God it was in a separate container.

The food and the staff were both very good. The place was not busy at the tome we visited. We ordered from the bar menu all the way through desserts and everything was better then expected. The drinks were not light on liquor, the raw oysters were great quality, the dinner itself was extremely tasty and the desserts were tasty and well plated. There is a gluten free/allergen menu available online as well as at the restaurant. While there is chance from cross contamination I did not have any issues nor did I become sick. The server was attentive and made sure that our meal moved at a good pace but did not rush us. The decor is a bit dated but it works for the nautical theme. Overall, I would return - my family can't resist cheddar bay biscuits.

Bar Harbor Lobster Bake is excellent
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
