Love the turkey burgers, unfortunately the customer service isn't so great. A couple of days ago I called in an order. When I arrived to pick it up the cashier told me that she didn't have any change. It's the way that she said it. So I'm like okay, are you able to get change, she tells me "no". I just cancelled my order, asked for my money back, and left. They've definitely lost a customer!

My first time there after having passed by for many years. Had a genuine Chicago style Jumbo hot dog , the dog and the fries were right on point. The fries tasted fresh cut not frozen. And the Hot Dog was genuine Vienna Beef.

Don't come expecting instant food. This isn't McDonald's. They make food to order and use high quality ingredients. Be patient, you will be rewarded. Not only do they offer 100 flavors of shakes, but more than just chicken and beef. You can get bison, buffalo, ostrich, elk and more. Hand cut fries also. Well worth the visit.
