Worst customer service I ever had in my life! Take your business else where. My family has continuously had problems with IRS because of this guy and he does nothing to fix his problems. Additionally, everytime I schedule an appointment to see him he makes you wait 3+ hours past your scheduled time. The other day I waited 2 hours past our scheduled appointment, and I asked him how much longer will he make me wait, so that I can call my work and tell them... His response "is go to work then". He does not care about his paying customers nor does he know the value of time. FyI the customers that have left positive reviews are probably family members or his office assistants.

Alfred is the BEST in the business. He was able to help me out as an independent contractor and teach me on what to do correctly. I’m planning on buying a house and Alfred gave me the best advice on certain measures I need to take. Thank you for all you do, he’s busy for a reason.

Great place! Love the professionalism from every person who works here. However,The wait is long . They stay so busy because they’re so good. Andre is very knowledgeable whether it’s business or personal. Be ready to wait several hours, but when it’s your time they treat you very good and only focus on you and what you’re their for! It’s worth the wait.
