The dosa was crispy with the right amount of spices in the potato stuffing. Utthapam was also equally good. Highly recommended if you want South Indian food in the area.

Went there for lunch today - received the worst service. Had to knock each time on the kitchen door to get the attention of the server. Ordered mysore masala dosa - I was served dal instead of sambar. Totally spoilt my lunch as this is not what I expected. I had last visited this place 3 years ago and since then the quality and the service has significantly deteriorated. Will not be wasting my money here anymore!!!!!

Fourth trip in a little over a month. That should say it all ! . Best dosas and the onion fritters are to die for if they have this quality in heaven. This place is a gem ))) Bring your Pouiily Fuisse to enjoy the fritters even more . Cheers 🥂

Indian (state of Tamil Nadu in south India) eatery specializing primarily in the flavors of South India. They have standard northern India fare like Tandoori meats and other dishes, but they do what they claim to focus on. The soup was a bit too spicy for me, but welcome considering the freezing temperatures outside and definitely warmed me up. It tasted spicy and a bit tart with the addition of tamarind. The jumbo pepper shrimp was spicy, but the other flavors and lemon juice did justice to it. Definitely a must try for any visitor. The plain dosa was okay as it could have been made thinner than it was. I prefer a thinner and crispier dosa. It could have used a tad more ghee as well. It wasnt bad, but could have been improved upon. The main "thali meals" entree was good overall. I would've prefered the chicken curry with bones as opposed to boneless white meat to bring out the fuller flavors of the bird. The parotta was very good as it was light, flaky and crispy. The veggie dishes were delicious. The chicken biryani was prepared and tasted better than some of other places that specialize in and serves it primarily all day long. The rice was fluffy, moist and separated and I was able taste the ghee and the other subtle flavors in every mouthful. Chicken was delicate and not overly spiced. The mango pulp pudding dessert was delicious. Extra sugar was not added as the natural sweetness of the mango carried the dish. The service given by the co-owner Vimila was very considerate and attentive. The decor was simple and plain, but a clean environment nevertheless.
