I had a mower serviced and the blade replaced with REM. This place came highly recommended by several lawn-care professionals I know. The owner was fantastic to work with, picked up and dropped off my mower, all at a very reasonable cost!

I personally was disappointed when arriving to the shop. The website and google both said the shop was open. I traveled there to get my scag turf tiger worked on only to see a sign on his door that he was out installing a robotic mower. I called to see if he would be back in the shop that day and he informed me he wouldn’t back until the next day. I viewed this as poor communication and saw three other potential customers leave as I was trying to find another scag dealer to go to to get my mower fixed. Ended up traveling almost 45 minutes away (counting Nashville traffic time) for a shop with good customer service. The owner should schedule a day for installation and post it to google and his Facebook site so others aren’t wasting their time traveling there. Edit - to the owner’s response - yes you should figure out a better way to communicate when you intend on closing your shop. Not sure what the size of mower I own has to do with it. The complaint is focused on wasting potential customers time traveling to a shop that is listed as open but isn’t

Phenomenal shop! These guys do excellent work and get equipment in and out as efficiently as possible!! Every season is a busy one but they do their best to get equipment running great and get back out so you can keep on mowing. I will only get my work done at REM!! Big business or homeowner this is the place to take your equipment for all of your small engine needs.

I made a phone call to these guys ten minutes before closing on Good Friday. My mower wouldn't start and I was trying to decide whether I would have to buy a new one or fix this one. I had already tried all of the simple service stuff, myself. The owner said that his guy would be there for another hour and they would be happy to take a quick look to possibly help me with my decision. When I got there the young man stopped what he was doing. He said that his boss told him to expect me. He got right to work. Within minutes, he found the issue, fixed it and saved me the price and hassle of a new mower. Turns out, I had done something stupid with the carb while doing my shade tree thing. Great service! All of my equipment goes there, from now on.
