I have been ordering pizza from the Whitehouse location for a couple years now and had good service.But tonight I was very disappointed in the way they handled business from the new call center guy being rude to the store employee saying they can't deliver to my house when they have been for years.

I ordered the very same order that I order every time with the 6.99 coupon for each item for delivery and asked for a specialty pizza which is 3.00 more and the store wanted to charge me $1.00 extra for each item on my pizza instead of the $3.00 upcharge! I supposedly spoke to shift manager and she refused to fix it, she canceled my order as I asked her to please look at my profile or the internet to see what she is supposed to charge, she wouldn't! Won't have a 20 something, snicker at me on the phone. Will NOT order from there again until they start honoring what they advertise!
