I would like to give a special thanks to Annette for all the assistance she gave us during the period of time we were trying to get my mother in law into her apartment. Annette is full of knowledge and is amazing with her ability to care for and check on her tenants when she walked us around the complex. She knew everyone’s name and everyone knew her name and spoke very highly of her. There’s no way we could have accomplished this without her assistants and expertise of how the process works !!! My husband and I will be forever grateful 😇

The apartments are ok the quality of management doesn’t meet the required standards of White House Landing! She is very unprofessional because she discusses other residents business with other residents and that’s the reason why my friend moved from there and she is hardly ever in the office. Will not recommend anyone to move there. Also so much more goes on there! Corporate needs to do more investigation to make sure this property is ran like it should be!

I want to start out by saying how amazing my experience has been… The first time I spoke with the Property Manager Annette over the phone she was very polite in explaining everything. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. When meeting with her in person she was truly a blessing to be around. I saw her interact with other residents and she had nice things to say to each person she interacted with. I also met the maintenance guy Dan; he was great as well! I give the staff an A+. The property is beautiful and very clean!
