Abgale NP & Dr. Steel have no compassion for patients, it's all about them not the patient. Too bad the previous staff no longer work there.

Good luck getting seen here. The receptionists will blurt out your symptoms and state you can't be seen until you're feeling better because of Covid safety and tell you to park by the main doors where another one will repeat the same process and tell you to come back when you're feeling better. The building is multiple businesses, so also noting it's probably not a good idea having patients verify their social security number, address, and full name before discussing their health information at main doors of a multi business building. Pretty sure this violates OSHA and HIPPA policies. Even if you call and make appointments for labs or followup from an ER or specialist they will refuse to treat you, do labs or do anything for fear of catching Covid. When you show them negative covid test results they claim the tests can be negative but you can still have it. So what's the point of Covid tests if doctors say they're not accurate and what's the point in them being open if they only take well visits?!

I had a appointment back in May and wasn't impressed. I had appointment with the orthopedic Dr Kindred. When I went in inside there was only one person at the check out desk. There was one person ahead of me. I thought this won't take long. Lady was very slow. So I waited outside in lobby because I was early anyways. Each time I looked there was a line. At one point there was line outside the door. I'm not able to stand for long periods or it's painful for me. I got fed up and called my ride to take me home. It's ridiculous making orthopedic patients deal with that. Especially ones in pain. I plan to find me someone else.

On sat. august 6 came in for my pill refill visit. Met Emily for the first time. She was amazing! She listened to me, understood my situation. She really cared. Wish all my visits could be this stress free.

There are three doctors; Dr Jordan, Dr Jenkins, and Dr Kindred. Even if you see a nurse practioner, your treatment plan and diagnose are reviewed by a medical doctor.
