This office is always very helpful and nicely kept. I have been seeing them for 6 years and will never go anywhere else. they aways provide speedy services and the most exceptional treatments to get me seen and feeling good as fast as possible. They are willing to accommodate to their patients knowing that they are usually in a lot of pain and every doctor I have interacted with shares a true human empathy that shows they care. The front desk is efficient and attentive…always a happy, smiling face willing to help and answer all questions. Love this office!!

October 4, 2022 I had an appointment at Hudson Spine and pain medicine. As usual the office staff was wonderful. And even by email they are so helpful, Twinnie always goes out of her way, above and beyond sometimes to help me! Yesterday I met with the nurse practitioner Erica, who is fairly new to the team and is also great. So knowledgeable and professional, She was dedicated to help me chart out the best course of treatment for my neck and spine. Thank you very much and thanks to the whole team! I had a Botox procedure done on my neck Dr. Shen was so accommodating and so attuned to my concerns, she and her staff are such professionals and such lovely people. Thank you very much Joyce June 1, 2022 I had a superb treatment today at Hudson medical with Dr. Shen and her team. I had a procedure done for my neck and as usual they take their time and Dr. Shen explains everything to me and even offers me alternatives regarding follow up care. She’s one of the most professional and most personable physicians I have met! They saw that I was dressed for work and they made sure that I was seen immediately and that I would be able to rest and then proceed to work. They worked out a treatment plan for me that best suited my needs for today. I am very grateful for them for always being patient centered and super efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Shen and her team , Andrew Chen, as well as the office staff who are great. Another excellent experience! Thank you again. Joyce Romano Dr. Bonte and Hudson medical center in Tribeca is one of the best medical centers I have encountered for pain management so far. I’m fairly new patient there and I have been treated with such respect and concern. They are so efficient, so obliging and very professional. Both the medical staff and the administrative staff who make the appointments are excellent . The woman who got my authorization for my MRI was incredible. She handled my insurance company, and in one day I had my authorization. Dr. Bonte is very knowledgeable, and so far extremely helpful to work with pain management. I would highly recommend the physician and Hudson Medical May 2021 Dr. Bonte Was recommended to me, and continues to be the reason I go to Hudson medical. He’s an excellent doctor, professional knowledgeable and insightful. The support staff are all very good including the receptionists and the billing staff- are all extremely helpful and personable. Dr. Bonte has been very helpful and incredibly patient with me in working toward alleviating my pain October 26, 2021 I recently have a new doctor at Hudson Medical since my previous doctor left. I had a really good experience in my first appointment with Stephanie Shen,MD. She was extremely informative and very warm and friendly. The procedure I had done by her went well and she was so professional. I was taken care of in a kind and efficient way. I had an excellent experience with her. Joyce R I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Shen and her team, They are excellent. I just had another epidural procedure done yesterday and it went smoothly thanks to her great care and her teams capabilities. Hudson medical once again proves to be a positive experience with an excellent doctor, like Dr. Shen Who is exceptional. Professional polite very personable and very knowledgeable. Thank you again! Oh my goodness, the staff was SUPERB! I will definitely be back. I had knee pain and the shots worked…no more pain. I’m so grateful!
