I've been going to the Mid-Continent libraries for years. Such kind staff who are happy to help when you have a question. Love the large selection of books. Can't say enough good things!

Lots and lots of books, comfortable seating, study tables, rooms, and conference space. Recharging receptacles everywhere. Lots of windows and natural light for reading.

If you do not live within the Counties that pay MCPL tax I believe it's $50 a year. But please call one of the branches to make sure.
