Super bad service, I bought my car with them and they lied to me when they traded in my car... they said they paid California the 1650 taxes on my trade in, they didn't, they charged me those taxes in California... terrible purchase. They lied to me and when I called them they did not solve anything for me.

Excellent service. Quickly caught the problem with my wheel on x5 and replaced it with tire within a day. Free loaner car was much appreciated. Renee provided very good service and the lady in his absense was great too. Highly recommend the dealership.

You can drive it wherever you like, but if you have summer tires I would not drive to Flagstaff. Verify which tires you have, summer tires are not safe below 40 degrees, based research done on tirerack.com
