I like the car I purchased, but sadly won’t buy from Arrowhead Honda again in the future. A small summary of everything, I was told there were multiple features in my car that I found out after purchase aren’t actually part of the car. I was tricked into signing for warranties and I had multiple papers missing in all my paperwork finance gave me for documentation. I was thankfully able to get my buyers order which was missing, but one of the other papers I’m missing for one of the warranties they had me sign for they’re saying they no longer have record of it, which I find hard to believe. When I had concerns and was upset about some things the salesman who sold me my car had terrible customer service and told me he was too busy to help. He also yelled at a family member of mine over the phone and also told her he didn’t have time to help us and hung up on her. If I decide to make any Honda purchase in the future it will definitely be from another location. It was an awful experience at Arrowhead Honda. Lesson learned for me I guess.

Do not buy an used car from honda and more specifically do not buy a dodge from them. And please if they say an extended warranty covers something DO NOT believe them. Worst experience. Less than 24 hours of having the car the car had issues I took it back they sent it to dodge to get fixed. So I thought 4 months in for same issue cause they only replaced 1. But this time they won’t cover it. They sold a vehicle that was not ready for sale cause their people at honda do not even know how to work on the vehicle so how would they be able to inspect and say it’s ready to be sold. The fact is Honda isn’t taking responsibility. And then will tell you “4 months is a long time” actually it isn’t. Especially since you already saw this vehicle for the same reason and it’s back. And power train warranty does not cover the fuel injector electrical components… even though when being sold that’s what they tell you anything to get a sale right just wow. You know you expect this kind of stuff from carvana with all you see on the news. Will never buy from arrowhead Honda again

Brandon was literally the worst person I have ever met at any dealership and that’s saying a lot considering most dealership employees are rude. He was extremely disrespectful, rude, ignorant, cocky, and had poor hygiene. Is this really who you want to represent Honda? He literally called my mother a fat bword because we just wanted to know what was wrong with her car. Absurd.

Interaction of note : 09/18/2022 Service - AMAZING New Vehicle Sales - Good Selling Back your used vehicle - Horrible. I went to the dealer at 7pm on Sunday hoping to get a quote for my 2018 Accord which i regularly get serviced( and bought ) by them. As i got out of my car i was approached by an awesome sales guy. I mentioned to him i was trying to get a quote to sell my vehicle back to them. He went inside took my information and came back out to further look at my car. As we are talking i noticed someone creepishly walked up behind me and started walking around my car. I noticed him and the conversation went: " Hi, How are? " He looked at me awkwardly and didnt respond. I then proceeded to say " Im sorry, i didnt catch your name... My name is Jonathan. " He still didnt provide me his name. I then stated " Im sorry, normally when someone comes up, they introduce themselves. I take it youre a sales manager? " He the responded " Yes i am! " in a rude manner. At this point, i am annoyed and mentioned " Thats unfortunate " - which warranted a response of " How is that unfortunate " I said " If youre a SALES MANAGER and you dont introduce yourself and you conduct yourself this way, chances are the people under you are the same. Which is unfortunate. " He then stormed off and shouted " We arent interested! " Why did i share this long winded interaction? Arrowhead Honda NEEDS to train their Sales Management in a top down approach on how to work and interact with their customers. Not only have i and my family provided our cars for servicing ( In a line of dealerships ) but i also bought my car from them. Unfortunate reputation.
