Customer service after I purchased my very expensive, brand new vehicle was was non existent. Once I signed on the dotted line, I was sent off to the finance department which was fine. NO follow up from Salesman (which he was supposed to but had to leave), NO congratulations on my new vehicle and NO thank you or appreciation for my business. Very disappointed.. Pretty sure he got a finder's fee AKA commission.. Wish I would get a commission for every student that I graduated as an educator in high school.

I honestly didn't know if I should do this review because I have always had good experiences here until today but I am disappointed so I decided to share my experience. I recently moved and needed to get my oil changed. There is a Toyota location really close to me but I had great experiences at this location so I made my appointment here instead. I was scheduled for 7 am today. I got there around 6:30 because I have a lot going on today and wanted to be first if possible. I was the only car there for about 15 minutes. When they opened the doors, I drove in and was told that they had me scheduled for an oil change and a recall. I didn't realize I had accidentally scheduled a recall fix also so I asked how long it would be and he said they'd be done around lunch. At first I thought he was joking since it was 7 am but he wasn't so I told him I couldn't do the recall today and would just do the oil change. My husband and I went to the waiting area. My husband told me not to be surprised if they ended up putting us last on the list since we declined a service we were scheduled for. I told him that wouldn't happen. We were the only people in there and slowly the other 7 am appointments all came in to wait with us. We waited and waited. All of the other 7 am people were gone and we still waited. It was 8:30 before we were told our car was ready. Sure looked like we were put last on the list like my husband said. We paid and went to get in our car to leave. In my previous experiences here, they always did a quick wash after the service. This time, the car was left filthy from recent storms. No floor mat was in the car which it always was before which showed me they were used. I'm just annoyed because we were the first there for only an oil change, the last to leave, and the car was left dirty. Maybe I'm overreacting but it just wasn't the same great customer service experience that I've had each time before.

Everyone wears masks. Temperature scanners in the showroom along with sanitizing stations. Seems pretty good. Sales people ride with you for test drives but masked up
Our service drive can get pretty busy. Having an appointment is recommended, but you can always stop by or give us a call to get the current wait time for service.
Our service department opens at 7:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on Saturday.

Deb call the dealership. I am not sure how often they monitor this.
Check your battery for swelling if a cell on your battery goes bad that a good indicator that you need a new one
