Enter this facility with hesitation. Don't arrive here expecting the sales staff to know much. We encounter 5 sales people. 1 set were pressure sellers (heavy questioners-pre qualifters if you will) but still didn't know what they were talking about. We asked about trim levels. 1 was a full on BSer, another admitted he didn't know (thats integrity) and 1 flat lied and when provided an opportunity to correct his answer, flat denied. Do your research. I wouldn't have bothered with writing the review if the pressure selling team had the slightest clue. There is a nice, used/program Explorer Timberline on the lot for $60,000. When asked what is too much, I responded $45,000 might more realistic. They argued. With a condescending tone. I reminded them for the umthteeth time we were only window shopping. They left. Around the corner. 2 identical Green Timberlines, 2 white Timberlines and a silver one. $48-49k. Brand new. Bone head move boys. She was very interested at $45k.

Do not go here, they will push you into a car that has mass recalls and will start having issues. Got a 2019 Nissan sentra from here after exchanging it from a Ford Escape.....which had pretty bad recalls. But now the car I got a few weeks ago has left me and my kids stranded in the heat multiple times. After calling the dealership they said they couldn't help me or anything and that I should bring the car in? How? Buy paying for a tow to drag it 80miles away. One the employees on the phone during the first time the car broke down in the middle of 109° degrees told me he'd see what he could do and never contacted back. I reached out to the sales manager Rob who helped us the first time and then basically has ignored me since after calling him out for selling yet another car that has broken down multiple times and no one wants to correct the screw up......literally never going to a ford dealership and should of taken my down payment to toyota across the street.

Hard to find a car dealer as good as Peoria Ford these days. Joe in service took great care of me and set me up for next steps, while Collin in sales was super friendly and knowledgeable about a potential next vehicle.

After reading the 1 reply, I wholeheartedly agree with him. I had heard that the dealerships charge way more than that. I myself have not had to experience that problem myself.
Any Ford dealership should work on any Ford vehicle, under warranty or not.
I would believe so. They seem to be able to get parts fast if not in stock, and they are very professional...
Nope. Go elsewhere.
Ditto.

I'm sure that they will do anything to get the sale, but they are very untrustworthy as soon as you sign. A comedy of errors and deceipt.
I don't know you'll have to go service department
