*Update* Received refund but the delay was still frustrating so only bumping from one star to two stars. I am sincerely surprised to see all the positive reviews because it seems that the owner, Frank (Kuo-Chen) Liao, actually cares about his customers. Unfortunately, we had a different experience working with Frank. My father purchased two items for a total $1,578.38 back in Jun 2022. His orders never arrived and now we are in Sep 2022. Frank kept on promising him that his orders will be delivered or he could pick up his orders in store on certain dates, but then Frank would always change his narratives and cancel at the last minute so that my father never received his items. Eventually, we got sick and tired of Frank's excuses and delays, we canceled our order and requested a full refund; the refund never came and once again Frank kept on delaying and even suggested us to pick up cash in store instead. We purchased via a credit card, why could not Frank just refund the amounts back to the credit card? Furthermore, the Federal Trade Commission states that if the delay was more than 30 days the seller is obligated to provide a full refund without request which the seller never did. We have never encountered situations like this before, and we are currently attempting to get the law enforcement involved for potential fraud which we are still learning how to do. Meanwhile, the very least we could do is to warn other customers to stay away until this issue was properly resolved.

Glad to see that I was not the only person who has witnessed the incompetency of this store. The owner Frank over promises and under delivers which is truly disappointing.

The owner Frank is not reliable at all, I tried to purchase a gun here because my friend referred this place to me, and Frank told me it will be ready in 3 months. I've been waiting for more than half year and it's still not available. I understand people get busy and stuff but Frank just keep lying to me.
