This fair is really cool layout if you like southern ohio. The midway sits on top and they have stairs that lead down a rock face 30 feet or so. At the bottom is the grandstand events along with a tractor pulling track. Some general parking as well.

3 and under should be free! I have no clue why you'd be charged for baby in stroller.
Already started but probably will last until at least 11 tonight
Kids get in free until noon. Costs $5 to ride.
