Midwest Spine and Pain is no longer run by Dr. Henry or his wonderful staff. This new practice, and its lack of concern, care and professionalism, does not merit 1 star. I could go on, but will say that I do not recommend this practice.

I was a patient of Midwest for several years, and I worked with Amy Kirk, who was exceptional. Everything was great, my pain was being managed, so no problems. Then Amy left the practice, and I was rolled over to Regina. Everything was ok until the day a request was sent to my local pharmacy to do a pill count. Ok..no problem...On the way home from my appointment, I receive a phone call from family out of state to let me know one of my family members was nearly killed in an accident. Naturally at that point, my mind went to my child, and I was oblivious to everything except getting to my child, so I went to the airport, forgetting about going to get the pill count done. Didn't remember until I was 30,000 ft in the air. When I tried to explain my deliemma to Regina, it didn't matter to them. They discontinued my meds, and dropped me from their care, after nearly 4 years of being with them. I felt as if nothing mattered to them except doing their bidding, regardless of circumstances. So I wouldn't wish my worst enemy on them!
