Best Chinese food in the area. Fantastic soups and rice dishes. Really fast carry out service. It’s not the kind of place where you dine in, just a couple of tables to wait for your order. Highly recommend this place!

So here’s a real honest review. This place is pretty good. It’s not the best Chinese food I’ve had but it satisfy’s me. It’s also the only place in this area. Unless you wanna drive extra miles to another place. What disgusts are people that say they come here all the time and have one bad experience and instead of taking the food back or having the business try and fix it they quickly get on there phone or computer and bash this small business. You people are just pathetic. It’s one thing if ur first trying this place and don’t like it I get it but people who say they go here all the time and bash it, all I can say is get a life. This goes for any business in general. I’m specifically calling out that Tim Pender guy. How can you say you go here all the time and have 1 bad experience and just bash them. You leave this long negative review but then say eventually you will try it again. I can assure you this place doesn’t need ur business. After looking at ur reviews it hit me, ur review of this place is irrelevant. You leave negative reviews about multiple mcdonalds. Seriously a fast food joint. Maybe find other ways to get through life.

We have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for many years and until now it has been excellent. Recently we ordered General’s chicken and Orange Chicken combination platters. It was disappointing. The egg rolls were soggy/mushy inside and tasted greasy, the fried rice used to be pork fried rice, now it is just fried rice, and the orange flavor and orange zest shreds in the Orange Chicken were mostly missing. We usually get a thimble of the homemade mustard to go with the egg roll. This time it was almost pure water and extremely runny. In the past it had some thickness to it, not this time. The General’s chicken was good and had plenty of sauce. Sauce is what makes this dish for me. Granted it has been several months since we ordered there, so it looks like they have made some changes or may be under new ownership. I don’t know. We will give them another try in a while and hopefully this was just a fluke.

Been coming here for years. Awesome Mei Fun and the sweet and sour shrimp is the best! I live in mid Town OC and there are many closer Chinese restaurants. But I drive past them all to come here! Totally worth the drive.
