First let me say Jose is a car salesman end of story. With that said he's a good salesman he's very down to earth and not aggressive at all. The buying experience was fairly smooth. They came in high on the price at first. I said no way and he said let me go work some numbers. Well the numbers he worked actually saved us a few dollars off the current payment on the vehicle we were trading in. Overall a very positive experience. Jose is a gentleman and he will go above and beyond to earn not only your respect but also your business. I found a CR-V on the used car website that I loved. My parents went to the dealership to view and test drive it for me since I couldn’t make it. The salesman, Jacob Hout, was amazing! My parents loved the vehicle and they were able to bring it home for me to see and test drive. I ended up buying it the very next day. Jacob was so helpful and friendly.
