My account was only a few days past due and I had tried to make payment arrangements but they would not work with me I was in the process of taking care of my mother who had terminal lung cancer and my wife who had just had a miscarriage and although I made payment my policy was never reinstated and I never received any emails about it being canceled I just had to find out on my own when I went to see the next time when my payment was due terrible company terrible customer service terrible management terrible agents responsiveness and attitude. Zero out of five stars I would not recommend this company has no loyalty to their customers and they do not care if you have any financial hardships
