I love Michael's, as a Craft Person. Great selection. Check out Person was very rude and abrupt. When I tried my coupon, she laughed that it only applied to full price merchandise and everything I bought was already on sale.

Even though they didn't have the product I needed the professional staff looked for it and researched the product until they determined that they do not sell the product. They tried to help, listened, researched and they were very polite.
