Not sure what’s going on at this place. The only pros were the mattress/pillows. But please buy your staff a vacuum (not a broom)and train them on how to clean. Sand was everywhere you went, I mean everywhere. Add more areas to rinse sand. Have your staff hose off decks and walkways. I think the same stains/dirt on the deck remained all week. The halls, never vacuumed& rooms, lobby, stairwell, decks, sidewalks were dirty. The bathrooms need serious help!!! The size of the rooms were good but please add carpet. Very uncomfortable, walking on sand in your room w/the lack of cleaning. The pool /parking lot was used by the public, not guests; not sure why you charge the resort fee. Should control with wrist band and designated parking spots. It was a good location so hopefully they make changes/serious upgrades.

We stayed there for family vacation and the hotel is very nice and the room we stayed was very spacious. The staff is very helpful. The only thing is elevators are very slow and takes awhile to wait for one. But the pro is that it's on the beach and very convenient. We also use the indoor pool because it was more quite and kids friendly. For a small resort fees, we get beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels.

I gave this “resort” good because the staff that you could find were amazing! The rooms are decent but the bathrooms need attention. Our tub (clogged) and in wall hairdryer (broken in pieces) needed repairs upon checking in (if we didn’t ask probably never happen). The ceiling tiles had moldy stains and the corners of the floors looked like they hadn’t been really cleaned in months. There were holes in wall where a previous towel rack must have been and the “fan” sounded like a helicopter. The shower head was rusty and unless you used massage setting there was no pressure. The beds and pillows were very nice and the room itself was clean. However, no one cleans the rooms unless you keep asking. We had about 8 rooms total and would leave the full garbages out in hall or empty ourselves into the full public cans near the elevators. The elevators that took FOREVER. With 16 floors, having 3 elevators was NOT ideal. They took forever in the rush hours. Overall we had a good week with a great large group and joked about the hotel being sold recently and needing some serious upgrades and general maintenance. We won’t be returning here though. Ever.

Rooms are super clean with the most comfortable beds and pillows! I have asthma and don't usually stay in pet friendly Hotels but our room was completely 100% smoke free and pet free. Our room had great views and a screen door for the balcony to let the fresh ocean breeze in. The beach is a VERY short walk out the back of the Hotel.
