I bought a used 4runner from them. One thing I have noticed is the headlights pointing in different directions. When I asked them to fix it, the sales person literally told me that they were supposed to be that way. That ‘one headlight pointed down and another one pointed higher up so they could illuminate more of the road’. I kid you not. Whatever- I bought it anyway because it was the only one within hundreds of miles that had all my boxes ticked. But driving at night was hazardous at best . Got it fixed at another dealership when I told him that story they laughed and said no of course not – they should be aligned together. I mean - of course. But still salty that the Slidell dealership decided to lie to me because they didn’t feel like fixing the problem.

Whenever you call the service department no one answered and when you leave a voice-mail no one calls you back. When you finally do get an answer they are very fricken rude. I had a couple of questions about pricing the guy was very short and sounded annoyed and was very rude.

My truck has been with y’all for 6 months waiting on catalytic converters ( I understand nothing can be done they are on back order) but in the last 6 months the many many phone calls that have been made and the way the receptionists attitude is and the way of answering the phone is completely rude. She has no customer service skill at all and should not be answering your phones for YOUR customers!

After their service department was extremely rude, I tried calling the GM, well the GM was told lies by the service department and instead of helping me he just wanted to argue and act as if I’m not worth the time of day. Rusty isn’t interested in hearing your problem, he think he knows everything and will talk down to you. Your service department needs work. The service department tried to say that I technically threaten them with the phrase if anything happens to my vehicle it’s on you and I never said that they didn’t even want to mess with it because it was from Japan they were extremely rude, it just proves why I don’t want their business. He hung up in my face for calling him pretentious, but it was only after he was extremely condescending. I wish there was a 0 star rating. They are all awful. I wasn’t upset until HOW I WAS TREATED not because I didn’t get my way

They follow the recommendations of the government. But some of their better customers can get away with no masks if they stay away from other customers.
Not after the dealership closes. However you can still drop off your vehicle after the service department closes. They also have a free shuttle service.
This is a really good dealership and will be able to address anything wrong with your Toyota.
I dont know if they detail, i only get a wash there.
