Brought my car to have a flat fix claimed they fixed it only to find out they didnt even do the right one. Asked them to fux the right tire they instead tell me i need new tires and refused total scam. And the white lady up front is very rudethey also had the completely wrong car listed.

I brought my 2oo5 F 150 in for repair they changed fuel filter oil filter oil spark plugs in changing spark plugs they broke off 2 bolts one on # 2 cylinder one on # 7 cylinder now th truck is at the ford dealer . As of now the dealer does not now the complete damage pep boys has don the dealer is stil assuming the damage will write follow up. Will NOT recommend pep boys to any one.
