The service is always ehhh. They definitely need more employees so streamline all the business they can't keep up with during peak hours. Also original blend is weak.

Never been a huge fan of this particular Dunkin - the donuts are rarely fresh, and the coffee is usually lukewarm. They seem well staffed in the mornings, so it’s hard to understand why it runs so slow! This morning I was desperate for a cup of coffee, so I waited in line for 20 minutes. I drive a bus, so I’m on a schedule. I had 8 minutes to spare when it was finally my turn to order. But the lady left. And stayed gone for 4 minutes. After that wait time, I had to walk away empty handed. Next time, I’ll run across the street to Starbucks!

Even when this place is super busy, everything is orderly and keeps moving. Even when I have to wait in line a few minutes it's worth the wait; the employees are courteous and orders come out quickly and correctly. The place is always spotless. Always a good experience here.

Ordered bagel with cream cheese asked for some more cream cheese. since there was barely any on it. I had to pay 1.90 for more. Took 10 minutes to get my iced coffee and sweet tea after I received my bagel!!!
