Prior to this last experience I have typically had pretty good service from Home Depot. However whenever they decide to finish the current project I will not go through them for anything else. I ordered a door at the end of April 2022 and was told that it would be available for installation at the end of May. That doesn't happen. The door is still in production. Not a big deal. When the door comes in, in June, the brick molding is broken. So, we have to reorder. It comes in relatively quickly; however instead of checking the brick molding when it comes in they wait. And when the installer goes to pick it up in for install in August they can't install it because it's not the right color. That should have been checked upon arrival at the store. So, now Home Depot's vendors are alleging it's the right color and the last I heard there was back and forth between the two about the vendor repainting it or not. I have a door with broken brick molding in my garage that still has yet to be installed and it's September 1st. It's been 4 months. For what I paid it should already be done. Don't waste your time, avoid the hassle, go find another place for doors. Update: allegedly this door molding is coming in on September 13. I still have to schedule installation. Let's hope it's right. Update: the door is finally installed. There are white specks from nail caps and the installer assures me they're going to get some touch up paint, but again why wouldn't they already have that? Also the door makes a creaking/rattling noise. The installer also sent in audio of this and assures me something will be done. I guess we'll see. For the amount of money spent it should have been right from the get go.

The 12 month only applies to Homedepot credit card why not apply for their card may have a lower interest rates then move forward.
Face masks are still required for employees and public (although there are still those that disregard this). dividers are at the registers and I have seen them wiping the self checkout regularly. Oh and there is a station at the entrance with hand sanitizer and masks for those that forgot to bring one.
