Scheduled an appointment a week out in advance. Brought vehicle in an hour early. End of day rolls around and I call to check status of the check engine light. Learned that as of 5PM my vehicle had not even been looked at. Now we have no vehicle. The next day I receive a phone call that my vehicle was looked at. They ordered the part on national recall and I have zero timeline on when that will be in and was told I would receive a call. I show up to get vehicle. I get in my vehicle and and there is a coffee cup turned upside down in the cup holder with about 2-4 ounces of coffee now in cup holder, all in center console, and in the coin holder which has a suede material. I walked in and asked for a rag or napkins. When I returned the napkins and threw away even though vehicle I spent 3 hours addressing when I got home, I was asked, “was that not your coffee?” I replied it was not and that there was ZERO chance that whomever did that did not know that they did that. Unreal. 24k miles on a limited eco diesel. Moral of story, your appointments do not matter at Rainbow and the techs and staff do not care about the interior of said vehicle.
