Giving this place a 2 star. In a year, my little family has visited here twice. BOTH times, my kids have gotten sick. Now being parent I KNOW that children will get sick, it happens.. but from the moment I walked in (both times) it was a MESS. This place has been so neglected. it’s sad. This place needs a major major cleaning/disinfecting and updating. If you are short staffed, then maybe you shouldn’t be open. Crazy because I know someone that visited the day before us, her daughter ended up with a stomach virus. I saw gnats all over the place.. like c’mon. Please do better!! The kids love this place , they are the reason this place is still in business.. let’s do right by the kids and this facility.

A lot of fun, though I don't think they did a smart job on the safety stuff in the Parkour area, the bars are covered with Styrofoam so you can't grab them as intended. When I attempted to grab one of the bars, the Styrofoam pad started to spin suddenly and sprained my wrist. I fell and almost the back of my head on the edge of the swinging platform.

As far as I have experienced it is same price for all ages but maybe they have a discount for toddlers and senior citizens I would call and ask and it might be on there website
They have different prices depending on how long you want to jump go on there website you should be able to see the time plus you can sign a waiver on there which will save you time or call them.

Yes you can do it online or when you get there but would recommend doing online if you have access or arrive early they are always packed
I'd just bring cash and tip the host / hostess personally so that you know they received it if you believe that the business may be pocketing the tip
Yes. They usually charge by the hour. But if your local...get the membership. 10$ activation/ 10$ per month. Jump whenever you want without paying by the hour.

It all depends how long you want to jump and if you need to buy socks you could call and ask or go on there website sign a weaver before you go for every jumper you have this way it takes less time this also you can do before you go online.
There opening time is 9am to 10pm I do not believe they had a typing error Wednesday is spelled longer then the rest of the days so it had to be finished on another line.
