Awful customer service. I have never felt more uncomfortable and disrespected. My partner and I walked in to purchase a new phone and were told by a saleswoman that the iphone12 was on sale for 50% off. I was happy to hear this and simply asked if any other phones had a promotion. She seemed offended that I asked this and spoke back to me in a very condescending manner. We should have walked out at this moment, but I was desperate for a new phone as mine just broke. On finalizing the transaction, I was handed a receipt that only listed the full price. I asked her to clarify where the discount was listed on the receipt. She got angry at this point with me, took the receipt out of my hand, and read it line by line as if she were scolding a child. The only notion towards a promotion written on the receipt was the line "ADDED PROMO" under the original full cost. I asked if I could just have something in writing stating what the promotion was. She acted offended again by my question and angrily told me that the receipt given was enough proof. At this point I felt unsafe. I was in shock at the time but am now horrified by how badly we were treated. I'm at a loss for why she treated us this way. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Drive to the next location.
