I've been going to fast tax for 4 years and this 2021 tax season was horrible. I referred my sister so I could get the cash reward and I still haven't gotten it nor do the employees know anything other than "their working on it".They messed my sister taxes up and had to reimburse her over $1,000.00.Also the fees are outrageous 600$-800$.I definitely won't be returning at all.

I went to the 1 on Jefferson highway 2 go and give them the correct address and gave them the correct address and still didn't get my tax return from last year. Everytime I called them they had me on hold 4 a long time, and act like they don't know what I'm talking about when I mentioned republic tax solutions and I dealt with fast tax for over 10 years.
