I have been to this nail place 3 times now and have enjoyed each visit. I have always made an appointment before showing up and have had great service. If you pay in cash there is a rewards card. They are very professional and everything seems very clean. The ladies who have done my nails are very friendly.

Under the new ownership I have been disappointed to say it lightly. I’ve been berated by the new owner for asking for a tip and dip nail, so I went with his suggestion. Acrylic nails. Which are super hard on my nail bed and I prefer not to have that. I’ve been directly quoted $75 for a FULL NEW set. Today, I went in for a fill in and a gel polish change and he quoted me again, $75. I mentioned this to Lynn (who is very sweet) and she seemed uncomfortable with it too. Officially they only charged me $60. Pricing needs to be transparent. Not just on a whim. Also, my pinky nail lengths are DRASTICALLY different. ALSO you did not quote me the same prices for the same services as I came in asking for a different service, your claim on this is false. And to make no mention of the difference in my nail length after the services provided is always quite telling of your professionalism .
