Great place to catch a game or any sports that they are showing on their many TV screens. Service was okay. Atmosphere is good. Family friendly or even a night out with a group of friends.

Order take-out food to bring back with me to work, they said it'll be ready in 15-20mins. Arrived there bout 30 mins to be give then enough time to be done. When I arrived there at front cou ter nobody was there I waited for about 10 mins only for a worker there to come.out of bathroom for me to ask if anybody working up front. So his words was clearly to the co worker that should've been there was come on you guys need to stop all that talking as in nobody cared for upfront customers. I can tell she eas mad she didn't say a word to me, I paid for my food and she handed me my food with one finger holding up my food in bag as in all my food was hanging sideways about to fallout. Asked for a manager and explained what happened , I told him I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble but she need to know how to treat paying customers. Real bad customer service but food was good😇 which is why I rated 2 stars

My family and I went here a little over a week ago, 09/13/2022 a little after 4:30p.m.- It was our first time ever visiting Buffalo wild wings (first impressions are lasting). When we walked in, we were greeted by a young man who immediately set up our table and seated us; however, after we were seated, we sat for more than 20 minutes with no further communication from anyone- there were only two other tables seated in the dining room and more than 12 different staff members walking about the dining room but it didn't look like anyone was working. After the young man sat us down, he got on his cell phone, we saw two other workers on their cell phone (all of whom looked very young), there were more than eight team members huddled in a group talking (maybe they were having a meeting but right in the middle of the dining room while customers were waiting to be served????). After more than 20 minutes of watching workers play on their phones and hold conversations we walked out and left (there was no further communication with anyone after we were seated- not even a drink order request or just to tell us they would be our server🤷🏾♀️
