I returned to have my TB test checked and the ladies that checked me in were extremely professional, personable and gracious. I had to wait for a short time but everything was taken care of as quickly as possible with a short staff.

Where to start. First went to the One on University, in Winston Salem. They was closed. Then went to the one on Strafford Road around 0830 had to make an appointment for 11:15. I tried to get seen before I had to pickup my girls. Which had to wait in the car all the time. I burned up a 1/4 of tank of gas for (AC) while waiting to be seen. Appointment was at 11:15-14:30 to be seen. I'm 46 years of age. While working on my job I believe I dislocated or even broke my wrist. They only had one Nurse practitioner. She told me it was arthritis. I believe I need another opinion. Because I can't move my wrist in a downward motion without great discomfort. It wasn't the staff fault. It was FastMed fault they fell there staff and patience. ---- S.Briggs

If you have an appointment make sure your schedule is clear for a couple hours. Had one for 2:30 and was waiting for 2 hours before I was even seen by the practitioners. The receptionist was friendly and helpful but doesn't take away that having an appointment means very little here.

I can honestly say my trip here was great and super fast! Mrs Sabrina at the front desk is truly a darling, I appreciate her help with me that day so much! I scheduled an appointment online the same day and echecked in. Got there, everything was already cleaned and set up for my appointment which is what I really LOVED! I’m a busy person so I knew I wasnt trying to stay there too long! The provider who assisted me was a darling as well, she was very knowledgeable and very quick with helping me rid the pain I was enduring! I will be returning.
