I came here for a birthday party. Literally took 30 minutes for a pretzel with cheese! Had a worker literally tell me that the management tells them to take care of party stuff before regular people!!!!! Terrible management! Don’t order food. It took over an hour for another lady’s order of fries, chicken tender and mozzarella sticks!!!🤬🤬🤬

Don’t use your card here they will claim they had a batch mix up and charge your card 20 times for one transaction. I have reached out to them 20 times and no one will get back with me. The sad part about it is they are taking the money off my sons green light card. Which in turn they are stealing from a kid.

We had my daughters 10th birthday party there yesterday and it was AMAZING! Everyone had so much fun, from the toddlers to the adults, there was something for everyone to do. Our party host, Kennadi was THE BEST! She really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! I really don’t know how we will be able to top this years birthday party, maybe we will just return to urban air every year for her birthday.
