Would like to Thank the “Awesome”Staff and Dr. John Gonzales for making me feel better in one visit. I had been sick for over a month with coughing and respiratory infection causing asthma problems. I was seen by another medical center twice nothing they did would help seemed like my breathing was getting worse. I went Friday night 9/16/23 after work to the Urgent Care Center in New Roads where I was treated by Dr. John Gonzales. He knew just what I needed I was given a breathing treatment and a shot in the office before I was discharged. I slept all night for the first time in a month. My antibiotic was called in for the next day. Everyone there made me feel like they cared about me as a person and a patient. I’m very grateful to them all. God Bless and Thanks Rachel St Romain
