Service was great and the establishment was nice. I got the alligator poboy and the gator was horrible. Couldn't even chew it up. The seafood gumbo was good and I liked everything else about the place. Just need to find better gator, a better way to cook it, or remove it from the menu. I pulled every piece out of the poboy thinking maybe the first piece was just overdone. Nope. Every piece of gator was inedible. Just chewed up and spit back out. Lol

If you're ever passing through New Roads, La you have to visit Hott Tails on Hospital Rd. The food is very tasty, the staff is very friendly & the crab cake croissant is superp!

Had them last week! Good sizes and spiced just right! Don't remember the price though.
Red Tails menu is online; so are business hours. Really great place to eat. They probably do have red beans and rice; Seems to be a dish on every Louisiana menu.
Never tried that so you would need to contact them directly. Don't even know if they provide that service
Its a very good place to get authentic Cajun/Louisiana food.
