I would like to thank the wonderful ladies in the Clerk of Court Office, the Personal Records Office and the Passport Office for their valuable information that was given today via telephone. Each lady we spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly SO NICE. Kudos to these ladies.

Katlyn was very helpful and pleasant in providing me with the information I needed concerning the cancellation of mortgage papers that were on file.

Crooked parish. Louisiana is full of this behavior. Remember there is such thing as karma and you will see your judgement day.

It's not that I like them because st tammany sucks their fees are outrageous it cost a $115.00 to file their family affidavit that they requested me to file. But for the most part the employee are helpful and friendly. Now the court system is unfair and they conduct court however they feel fit to not by the law and not by unbiasedness. And I will stop there.

I think they do run a background check on the both of you. Call a justice of the peace to ask how it all works. They work in small offices or homes in the area. It takes 24-48 hrs for them to recieve the background check. If you pass, they call you back with an appointment. If you don't, they either won't call you back at all or they'll call you back to let you know they can't help you.
The St Tammany Parish Clerk of Court Office will probably not assist you as far as helping you fill out the expungement documents. They will answer questions. If you are not sure you will fill out the paperwork properly then you need to retain an attorney. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Ernest Bauer

I would go to the clerk of court in covington and give them your new address. They will update your information in their system. Shouldn't take long
Go to personal docs and they will help you. You have to be a spouse, child or direct relative of the deceased.
Yes only if you were born in the parish
