One star is more than they deserve. The only thing you will be doing with OLOL Endocrinology is wasting your time trying to get an appointment. Referred by primary on 7/25. By Aug. 8th when I hadn't heard anything from OLOL Endo I called. They said it could take up to 3 weeks because first the doctor needed to review the referral. I wait a full 3 weeks and call back and asked to speak directly to the person who handles referrals. Left three messages. Fourth call I asked to speak with the office administrator who told me the person that does referrals works part-time due to FMLA. Ok, so hire additional people. After 24 days I finally talked to the referral lady and she said Dr. Rodriguez wouldn't see me and to see my primary because my medicine needed to be titrated. Well, my two issues with this are (1) I wanted to see Dr. Johnson; and (2) why would a physician make this recommendation without actually seeing the patient? It's absurd! Making an assessment without seeing a patient when there could be an underlying issue (which is why my primary wanted me to see a specialist) is lazy and makes me wonder why this person wanted to become a doctor. Referral girl asked Dr. Kilpatrick (again not the doctor I wanted to see) and she said the same thing. Referral girl gave me her direct number and said she would be back the following day after she talked to Dr. Johnson or I could call her. I waited another week and called her direct line. You guessed it, no answer and no call back. OLOL Endocrinology apparently doesn't want to see new patients unless they have a condition that is super complex and if that were my case, I wouldn't place my care in their hands. I can only imagine the wait time for getting test results back or if you need a prescription refill. This place is a complete joke. Please people, don't waste weeks waiting for a referral appointment. Look elsewhere in the BR or surrounding area for an endo.

Ladies in the front are extremely rude. Dr seemed like he didn't care. Was texting the whole time. Do not recommend.

Horrible and I've just started prescription was messed up, called twice already and called about a week ago for a referral for a nutritionist no called back. Looking for another Dr as we speak. I don't like that he didn't do my blood work before my appointment, he never checked your my neck as my other Dr done many times especially with it being my first time. When he walked in he walked way to the other side of the room to keep from contacting me.
