Yes. It is a full DEERS office to take care of IDs. They can either do it or give you the phone number of those who can make system changes.
Is there Billeting and/or base housing available? If so, are they open to retiree’s?
Yes and no. Yes- Carville Youth Challenge Program host interviews for the Youth Challenge Program here. No- the core program isnt here. 1-800-CAMP-KID will get you started in the application process and then you'll come here for the interview but the actual program is in 3 different place depending on where you live: 1).
