The best part of our stay was Josie at the front desk. We have never had better customer service! She was kind, took an interest in remembering things we talked with her about, made sure we had everything we needed and was just amazing! The hotel itself is very nice, as well. Comfortable beds, clean and a nice outdoor seating area with fire pits. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had our wedding guests stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Melville and we also had our bridal party get ready there and our brunch hosted there the day after. Rosemarie was amazing in coordinating all of the events and rooms for us! We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a home base for their wedding guests!

We booked a block of rooms in December 2021 and also planned a dinner at the hotel for 25 guests. We worked with Rosemarie Tibball, Sales Manager on all the details including menu, room set up for the dinner, guest coupons for breakfast and giving out gift bags during check in. Rosemarie was always available to respond to questions and also made herself available to meet with us in person. The hotel was recently renovated. The rooms and lobby were modern and spotless clean. All the staff including the front desk, server during our buffet dinner and servers at breakfast were all excellent. The food for the dinner buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall the stay was fine, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, good location. Only thing is they are renovating rooms on the 4th floor and told us we we shouldn't be disturbed because they start between 10am and 6pm. Well we were woken up at 6:30 in the morning because our room was right where all there equipment and trash bins were. When we told the front staff all they said was sorry. Next time it would be nice to tell us up front before booking that there will be construction.
