Don’t let the pictures online fool you. This hotel needs to invest in a handy man and an exterminator. Everything was broken. The carpets were stained and worn. Roaches were in the tub. One for each night that we stayed there. Housekeeping did not clean our room, replace our towels, empty our trash or even visit our room. The toilet didn’t flush well. The shower did it’s own thing. The mirror was broken at the top, an accident waiting to happen and the pictures even had water stains inside of the frames. The property has really deteriorated.

The rooms was dirty and can be much better. We were moved to a cleaner room on a different floor and staff was very nice about everything. I give 3 stars 🌟 by next year this hotel will be remodel as they working on it as I type. Great location to everything! The main area and lobby was beautiful and breakfast was so good😊

Ran shower water and opened shower curtain to get in…dirty tub and black hair on tub and shower wall! I have blonde hair! I first checked into a room on 2nd floor and it smelled horrible and the sheets weren’t clean. Kindly, requested another room and employee was kind and immediately got me a room on the 3rd floor and the tub had hair on the tub and shower wall, and the sheets and pillow cases are wrinkled so likely dirty too. They said housekeeping my request only, well apparently, the housekeepers aren’t even cleaning between check-out and check-in! Do not stay here bc it is not clean!!!!

No shuttle that I'm aware of. Unless you rent a car, uber or taxi would be the way to go. Parking is at a premium around the French quarter. Staying in New Orleans would allow you to ride the trolley to French Quarter.
There's a casino right across the street that is open 24 hours I believe. We arrived around 1am and went there.
No, only service animals.
The shuttle runs every hour it leaves from the depot across the road
Nothing with visiting. There is a dock that you can walk to that goes a little ways into the lake.... Restaurant wise, nothing.
I believe they also allow guests to leave their vehicle parked there while they are going on a cruise. Separate transportation arrangements would have to be made obviously.
