Most garage parking systems pay as you leave. This one is set up to pay as you arrive. It's not intuitive to pay immediately and they boot your vehicle with a 90 dollar charge. It's set up this way to make extra money in my opinion. Hopefully reviews like this will slow down this money making scam. I saw 5 boots in just my short stay. It's also 25 dollars a day and doesn't seem to have a pro rate feature. I only needed 36 hours and had to for a full two days. I didn't give a one star because the garage locations and payment methods are decent once you understand. However the clarity is not immediately apparent so if you are new to premium parking, pay attention.

The parking lot is in a convenient and safe location near all the action in the French Quarter. With that said you will pay dearly for this location. Overall it's a great place to park if you don't mind the cost.

Parked overnight at this parking lot with uhal trailer everything went fine. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for! Safety and space right in a center of NOLA. If you parked with a trailer you have to pay for 2 spots! Total cost for 24 hours (2 spots) $134 And we use their app to pay. Recommend for oversized vehicles!
