Had a great experience at Room & Board. Maurice was very professional, knowledgeable, patient & helpful when making a decision picking the right sectional couch to fit in our living room area & also Maurice gave us a lot of information in choosing the right fabric. Waiting & excited for our delivery in August & hope the product is as good as Maurice was.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the store and selection of the items. I found many great items on display there and the salesperson who was helping me was attentive and knowledgeable. I had to furnish an apartment in the city since my mom was selling it and decided instead of using staging service to do it herself . Ally was super patient with me helping to finalize all of the selections. She even suggested free measuring service to come to the building and measure the elevator to ensure that the sofa will fit. So glad she offered that as the elevator turned out to be 2 inches too short and we had to change our selection to a modular version. The only downside Ally wasn’t there on the following day - as it turns out since it’s a pop up store, their salespeople are rotating between Hamptons store and NYC and may only be there once every few weeks. Thankfully another sales lady - Angela- was able to get Ally on the phone to help with the exchange. Overall great friendly service and good selection of items for the pop up store.

Yes, we offer free fabric and leather swatches and $25 material samples. Our $25 samples come with free shipping both ways, and once returned to us, the cost is refunded.

Small accessories and select furniture items always ship free via UPS. Look for the free shipping icon when shopping online. Return UPS shipping is also free on these items. Our full-service delivery for furniture is $79 for unlimited items per trip, anywhere in the contiguous United States. Return delivery for furniture is also free.

We offer a partial payment option if your order is not ready for delivery. You may choose to pay 50% at checkout with the remainder due upon scheduling delivery. Partial payment does not apply to items shipped via UPS, tax or fees. If all items in your order are in stock and ready for delivery, full payment is collected during check out.
