Theater experience was great. It was a very young team, and surprisingly, they were very professional and helpful. I wish I engender both their names but only recall Elijah, and the other was a tall, slender white male. This was around 3pm. The latter helped me with the sale of the ticket, then later, Elijah adjusted me patiently and kindly in using my App to use my rewards and he provided additional, helpful information. I purchased more items at the concession stand due to his helpfulness. Whenever Elijah saw me and he wasn't assisting anyone, but working on other tasks, he checked in to ensure everything was OK and I was enjoying my experience. I was moving around a lot because the parking was making me very uncomfortable. I wish the theater had it's own parking or that you could use your paystub to place in your car window to avoid parking tickets. No fault of the theater, but the policing of parking is a bit overdone and can make visitors (and I'm sure residents) feel uncomfortable. I had to leave the movie at least twice and miss the ending and extras because the parking was causing me anxiety. Anyway, overall theater visit is one of my top 5, and I frequent Regal often (just always forget to use my rewards so happy both youth inquired and assisted me). Thank you
