A bit small, but if you need a quick workout it's a great go to place. It's got what you need. And it's in a great location.

Unfortunately no. This location is just a fitness center and gym.

I am 75 yrs. old with diabetic neuropathy. How can the Y can help me increase my core and my quads through lower and upper body exercises. Are personal trainers available (I need a trainer qualified and experienced in working with seniors).

Yes they have personal trainers. Go in and ask for Jorge. Hes fantastic and specializes in working with seniors.
It's hit or miss during the week with school groups. For the last six months i swim 2 times a week in thr late morning and only had to share a lane once for 10 minutes.
