I was without a refrigerator for over a month. I paid almost $600 to pay for repairs of a refrigerator that’s practically new. This company showed no compassion or sense of urgency for a baby living in a home without a refrigerator. They lied and didn’t return phone calls even had the audacity to sell a repair service warranty for future repairs. DO NOT do business with this company if you can avoid it. AWFUL👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

These folks came to service a GE Cafe dishwasher almost 3 weeks after setting up an appt. with them. They would not come into the home without a payment of $109. ONce that was done, the guy said the piece of tape that the serial number was on, was missing. At that point, he refused to touch the machine and kept the $109. I then called a local store who came out that day. Within 10 minuets, they had fixed the machine. WILL NEVER CALL SEARS AGAIN

The service was good but the service was paid for. Now I then got a second notice asking for payment and like I said I paid it and emailed to show proof that I paid it.
