Excellent service, they are a bit strict with security (they ask you to enter with reflective vests or phosphorescent clothing) but it is part of the service they provide.

There was one woman today inside the office that tried to make things difficult and inconvenience me multiple times for no reason. Then got mad because I borrowed someone's vest lol. It's usually your Own that do you bad. Thinking they are of high authority lol. You work behind the desk at an auction place. Relax sista🤦🏾‍♂️

This is the worst place to go and pick up vehicles. We were waiting for a customer to pay for his storage fee and one of the workers not the security went up to us and told us we had to leave. To load up all the cars and wait some where else. We've been to many IAA all over the us and no one has ever treated us so bad. And this is the second time we've been treated so bad at that IAA last time we were there one of the forklifts guys didn't want to load us our vehicles because we had to rearrange them and take them down. He got so mad went and told the same guy that kicked us out he wasn't going to load us up again. Don't pick up cars from here they treat you so bad. And that's not all the guy that's in charge told us to never go back. The people in the office have better customer service than the people in charge outside. Bad service..
