If your looking for descent prices and a quick grocery shop then, this place is fine. I give 5 stars on customer service. And when it's working, I love the bar code gun feature as it makes check out so much faster. I use to always have an issue with prices not matching up to what was advertised on shelves but they seem to have fixed this issue a couple years ago. Okay, now for the negative: their produce SUCKS! And it's not just this Stop & Shop, any one I go to, same issue, their produce is sub-par at best, and the real issue is, it goes bad after just a few days. I have researched tips on increasing the life of fruits and veggies yet, no matter what, their produce goes bad quick. Their milk was the worst!!! In fact, I stopped buying it there, and would literally stop at 7/11 and buy milk, on my way home from Stop & Shop lol! Now, I did notice about a couple months ago, they started placing their milk in closed door refrigerators (before it was a door-less cooler). Maybe they got too many complaints. This could have solved the problem however I still buy milk elsewhere. Maybe I will give them one more try. FYI, no it's not my refrigerator, when I buy fruits/veggies and milk from other grocery stores, they last long.
